Stellar Blade PC Version Accidentally Revealed by PlayStation

In what appears to have been a premature upload by someone at PlayStation, the PC release date for Stellar Blade has been accidentally leaked. According to the now-deleted trailer, the highly anticipated action RPG will officially launch for PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store on June 11, 2025.

The trailer, originally published to the official PlayStation YouTube channel, was quickly pulled down—but not before fans grabbed it and reposted it to Reddit.

Feature-Rich PC Port with Full DualSense Support

Beyond confirming the release date, the leaked trailer offers a detailed look at what players can expect from the PC version of Stellar Blade, which appears to be a carefully tuned port that leverages modern PC hardware capabilities. Confirmed enhancements and features include:

  • DLSS 4 (NVIDIA) and FSR 3 (AMD) upscaling support for improved performance and visual fidelity.

  • Ultra-wide display support, catering to immersive widescreen and multi-monitor setups.

  • Full DualSense support, including adaptive triggers and haptic feedback, for those using Sony's PS5 controller on PC.

  • Enhanced textures and graphical fidelity, promising better lighting, improved effects, and greater clarity compared to the PS5 version.

The trailer also reveals a new boss battle unique to this version and shows off 25 additional outfits for protagonist Eve—adding considerable incentive for new and returning players alike.

While the trailer doesn't explicitly confirm it, it's widely expected that the new boss and cosmetic content will also make their way to the PlayStation 5 version via an update timed with the PC release.

From PS5 Console Exclusive to PC Powerhouse

Stellar Blade originally launched as a PS5 console exclusive to critical and commercial acclaim, praised for its blend of kinetic hack-and-slash combat, stunning visuals, and a rich, post-apocalyptic setting. Developed by Shift Up, the Korean studio led by artist and director Hyung-Tae Kim, the game is often compared to Nier: Automata for its stylish aesthetic and emotional narrative depth.

This PC launch not only gives a broader audience access to the title, but also signals Sony's continued commitment to bringing its first-party catalog to new platforms—complete with the kinds of technical enhancements PC players expect.

Are you planning to dive into Eve’s journey for the first time on PC, or are you a returning PS5 player excited for the new boss fight and outfits? Let us know your thoughts below.
