PlayStation, Konami, Square Enix, and More Confirm Attendance for Tokyo Game Show 2025

As Tokyo Game Show 2025 draws closer, excitement builds around what is shaping up to be one of the largest events in the show's history. The Computer Entertainment Supplier’s Association (CESA) has officially revealed the first wave of confirmed exhibitors and showcased the event’s new main visual by renowned artist Zashiki Warashi, signaling a grand and content-packed return to Makuhari Messe in Chiba, Japan, from September 25 to 28, 2025.

According to the official exhibitor list released on the TGS website and reported by Gematsu, Tokyo Game Show 2025 will feature a massive 4,083 booths, a notable increase from last year’s 3,252. A total of 772 exhibitors have been confirmed so far, with 299 of them coming from outside Japan, reinforcing TGS's growing global importance within the gaming calendar.

Among the key exhibitors slated to showcase their latest projects and innovations are:

  • Sony Interactive Entertainment (PlayStation)

  • Square Enix

  • Konami

  • Sega

  • Capcom

  • Bandai Namco

  • Ubisoft

  • Annapurna Interactive

  • Arc System Works

  • EA

  • Koei Tecmo

  • Pearl Abyss

  • Riot Games

These names suggest a strong lineup of updates, demos, and possibly new announcements. With the show situated between Gamescom and the holiday release season, TGS traditionally serves as a platform for deeper dives into titles expected to launch in Q4 and early next year. While not historically known for industry-shaking announcements, recent trends have hinted that TGS is becoming increasingly important for Japanese and global publishers to generate buzz ahead of end-of-year sales.
