Outworld Station Launches in Early Access on Steam — Build, Expand, Survive in Deep Space

UK-based developer Trickjump Games has officially launched its newest title, Outworld Station, into Early Access on Steam, marking the studio’s first dive into the strategy-simulation genre. Known for 2023’s action title ArcRunner, Trickjump now brings players to the vast expanse of the Tau system, where they'll build, expand, and defend their very own space empire.

Now available via Steam Early Access, Outworld Station puts players in control as station commanders, tasking them with constructing massive off-world installations using mined resources, wormhole generators, and the raw power of antimatter. It's a builder with deep sci-fi DNA—inviting players to not only manage complex infrastructure but to navigate the threats of hostile aliens and cosmic anomalies.

The game's newly released gameplay trailer reveals a rich visual presentation and intuitive UI, while showcasing the layered systems underpinning station management, technology research, and interstellar exploration.

Some Features of Outworld Station:

  • Deep Space Station Building: Construct and manage stations using mined resources and alien artifacts.

  • 4-Player PvE Co-op Mode: Collaborate with friends to defend against alien threats and expand your reach.

  • Planetary Exploration: Venture across the Tau system’s planets in search of advanced technologies and mysterious relics.

  • Advanced Technologies: Leverage wormholes and antimatter to boost production and uncover powerful upgrades.

  • Strategic Defense Mechanics: Fortify your station to survive alien invasions while optimizing resource flow and station design.

Trickjump Games promises an evolving roadmap as Outworld Station develops through community feedback. With its emphasis on co-op PvE and flexible station-building systems, the game joins the growing ranks of thoughtful sci-fi strategy sims designed for both solo players and multiplayer adventurers.
