A Promising Debut for Both Studio and Publisher

I Hate This Place marks the first title from Broken Mirror Games, a studio founded in 2024. Likewise, it is the debut publishing effort from Skybound Games, which was established by Bloober Team at the end of 2023. The collaboration represents a bold entry into the horror gaming landscape for both companies.

First Hands-On at Gamescom 2025

Attendees at Gamescom 2025 will have the opportunity to play I Hate This Place ahead of launch. The game is available to demo at the studio’s booth located in Arena Hall 10.1, Stand A:044.
