In a groundbreaking collaboration that sets a new benchmark for high-performance computing, v-color Technology Inc. and GIGABYTE Technology have announced the launch of XFinity+, the world’s first DDR5 memory module with a built-in OLED display. First revealed at Computex 2025, XFinity+ redefines memory design for overclockers, gamers, and hardware enthusiasts by merging advanced diagnostics, personalization, and performance into a single innovative module.
XFinity+: A Revolution in Memory Engineering
Developed in close collaboration with GIGABYTE’s engineering team, XFinity+ introduces a real-time monitoring OLED display directly on the memory module - no additional connectors or cables required. The display communicates with the motherboard to provide instant feedback during operation and even during the POST (Power-On Self-Test) process, without requiring the operating system to boot.

During validation, the XFinity+ OLED DDR5 memory reached an impressive DDR5-9000 MT/s on both Intel Z890 AORUS MASTER and AMD X870E AORUS MASTER X3D ICE motherboards, supporting both UDIMM and CUDIMM modules.
The innovation is secured under patent M664715, and alongside performance, XFinity+ introduces controlled ARGB lighting effects, offering smooth gradients, immersive system-responsive illumination, and personalization options.
Mass production begins Q3 2025
