Project Motor Racing Launches on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S with Full Modding Support and DLSS 4 Multi Frame Generation
Project Motor Racing, developed by Straight4 Studios and published by GIANTS Software, is officially available today on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S, delivering a feature rich simulation experience at launch with 70 cars, 13 racing classes, and 28 tracks spanning multiple eras of motorsport. The title marks a significant new entry in the genre, built around authenticity, community involvement, and a strong long term content vision.
Straight4 Studios and GIANTS Software confirmed that the game will continue expanding with additional tracks, car brands, and racing content in post launch updates. One of the most notable aspects of today’s release is the arrival of full modding support, announced earlier this year and available not only for PC but also for consoles. Powered by the official GIANTS Editor and a streamlined UGC Portal, Project Motor Racing allows all players to access and utilize community created content, positioning the title as a uniquely community driven racing platform.
Project Motor Racing includes a single player survival style career mode that emphasizes the high stakes nature of professional motorsports, portraying both the potential rise to fame and the rapid collapse that can occur with a single mistake. This structure aims to capture the emotional and physical pressures faced by real world drivers.
“Project Motor Racing was created by people who love this sport and shaped by a community that cares just as much,” said Ian Bell, CEO of Straight4 Studios. “We hope it gives racers the same sense of connection and excitement it gave us, something true to the sport we all love.”
The game also launches as part of NVIDIA’s latest batch of DLSS supported titles, offering full DLSS 4 Multi Frame Generation for GeForce RTX 50 Series GPUs, DLSS Frame Generation for RTX 40 Series hardware, and DLSS Super Resolution for all compatible RTX cards. This ensures high frame rate performance across hardware tiers, especially in demanding racing scenarios.
“By combining Straight4’s racing expertise with our proven modding ecosystem, we’re creating a platform that can grow, evolve, and stay authentic through its community,” added Boris Stefan, Head of Publishing at GIANTS Software. “This launch is just the starting grid for our ambitions. We’re committed to growing Project Motor Racing into a defining name in the genre.”
Project Motor Racing enters the market with a strong foundation, broad customization potential, and the backing of a developer and publisher committed to long term growth. With deep systems, modern engines, and extensive mod support across all platforms, it positions itself as one of the year’s most ambitious racing simulations.
