OneXPlayer Announces 200 Dollar Price Increase for OneXFly APEX Gaming Handheld
Popular handheld and eGPU manufacturer OneXPlayer has officially confirmed on X that pricing for its new OneXFly APEX handheld will increase by 200 dollars across all configurations. The move follows similar announcements from multiple hardware manufacturers as global DRAM and SSD costs continue to surge.
According to OneXPlayer, depleted inventory for APEX memory and SSD components, combined with rising supplier costs, has forced the company to adjust its Indiegogo pricing within the next 96 hours. The statement also warns of a possible second adjustment should market conditions continue to worsen.
“Due to depleted APEX memory and SSD inventory, along with continued component cost increases, the APEX Indiegogo pricing will be adjusted in 96 hours. A second price adjustment may also be required if market conditions continue to change. For those planning to back APEX, now is the best time to secure the current pricing.”

The 200 dollar increase applies to every configuration of the APEX lineup. Whether buyers choose the 32 GB and 1 TB model, or select between the air cooled or liquid cooled versions, the price hike remains the same across the board.
The APEX serves as OneXPlayer’s flagship handheld and is currently the only Ryzen AI Max Plus 395 powered device offering a liquid cooled variant. The liquid cooled version originally launched for 1,459 dollars, while the standard version debuted at 1,399 dollars. With the new pricing, these models will shift to 1,659 dollars and 1,599 dollars respectively.
For now, OneXPlayer has not yet applied the higher pricing, giving customers a 96 hour window to purchase the handheld before the increase goes into effect.
The APEX features an 8 inch 120 Hz display, optional liquid cooling, and memory configurations up to 128 GB of RAM and 2 TB of storage. The top models range from 2,239 dollars to 2,299 dollars.
Are rising component costs making you reconsider buying a handheld gaming PC this year, or do you think price hikes are unavoidable in the current market?
