MSI has officially introduced its next generation of AMD AM5 “X870E” motherboards, headlined by the MEG X870E GODLIKE X Edition, alongside several X870E MAX series boards featuring upgraded VRMs, expanded BIOS capacity, and enhanced overclocking capabilities. The announcement celebrates the 10th Anniversary of the GODLIKE series, with MSI marking the milestone with a limited-production collector’s edition.
MEG X870E GODLIKE X Edition – A Collector’s Flagship
The MEG X870E GODLIKE X Edition takes center stage as MSI’s flagship AM5 motherboard. The GODLIKE X Edition adopts a sleek black-and-gold aesthetic to highlight its premium status.
To showcase its potential, Taiwanese overclocker TSAIK has already pushed an AMD Ryzen 7 9700X to 7.304 GHz on this board, setting a new performance milestone. The overclocking submission can be viewed on HWBOT.
