GALAX Rolls Out Its Single-Slot GeForce RTX 5060 Ti GPU With 16 GB VRAM and Blower Fan
GALAX has once again proven its creativity in GPU design with the launch of a new single-slot GeForce RTX 5060 Ti 16 GB graphics card, combining compact engineering with impressive cooling performance. Known for its bold and unconventional designs under the HOF (Hall of Fame) and SFF (Small Form Factor) lines, GALAX is now extending its innovation to the latest RTX 50-series GPUs.
This new RTX 5060 Ti model follows in the footsteps of the company’s earlier single-slot RTX 4060 Ti 16 GB, maintaining a similarly sleek and efficient layout. The GALAX GeForce RTX 5060 Ti 16 GB MAX measures only 20mm in thickness, making it one of the thinnest modern GPUs available. It uses a blower-style cooling system with a vapor chamber heatsink and Honeywell Phase-Change TIM, efficiently handling the card’s 180W TDP.
Internally, the card is built on an 8-layer PCB with an 8+2 phase design, powered by a single 8-pin connector. Display outputs include three HDMI 2.1 ports and one DisplayPort 2.1, ensuring full compatibility for modern displays. It features 4608 CUDA cores, a boost clock of up to 2572 MHz, and 16 GB of GDDR7 memory operating at 28 Gbps on a 128-bit interface.

In terms of form factor, the GPU measures 280 x 126 x 20 mm, making it a perfect fit for SFF (small form factor) builds and AI workstation setups. Motherboards with up to seven PCIe slots - such as the one recently revealed by Maxsun - could theoretically support seven of these cards, enabling a massive 112 GB of total VRAM for AI workloads.
While NVIDIA’s RTX PRO 4000 Blackwell also offers a single-slot design and up to 24 GB of VRAM, its steep price tag between $1500 and $2500 USD makes it far less accessible. In comparison, the GALAX RTX 5060 Ti 16 GB is priced around $430–$450 USD, or 4999 RMB in China, making it an exceptionally affordable option for multi-GPU AI and rendering systems.
However, this model appears to be region-limited to the APAC market, at least for now. For builders seeking a slim, power-efficient, and cost-effective GPU setup, GALAX’s new single-slot RTX 5060 Ti could easily become the most practical solution available.
What do you think about GALAX’s single-slot RTX 5060 Ti design? Would you consider it for your next SFF or AI workstation build?
