Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade and Final Fantasy VII Rebirth Physical Twin Pack Launches Worldwide on PS5 This December 4

Square Enix has officially announced that the Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade and Final Fantasy VII Rebirth Physical Twin Pack will launch worldwide for PlayStation 5 on December 4, 2025, offering fans two of the most acclaimed modern RPGs in a single collection. The announcement was made through a new press release available on the official Square Enix website

The Twin Pack will retail for $59.99 / €69.99 / £59.99, offering remarkable value for players looking to experience or revisit the Final Fantasy VII Remake saga. Both Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade (originally released in 2020, with its enhanced PS5 edition in 2021) and Final Fantasy VII Rebirth (released earlier in 2024) are included on physical discs, marking the first time both games have been packaged together in a single release.

With over 100 hours of combined gameplay, the Twin Pack is designed as the ultimate entry point for newcomers to Cloud Strife’s reimagined journey through Midgar and beyond. It includes Remake Intergrade’s Episode INTERmission, featuring Yuffie Kisaragi’s stealth-focused campaign, and Rebirth’s vast open-world exploration, offering players a seamless transition between the two chapters of Square Enix’s ongoing reimagining of Final Fantasy VII.

The Twin Pack will remain exclusive to PlayStation 5 at launch, arriving just a month before Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade debuts on Xbox Series X|S for the first time. The upcoming Xbox release will include new gameplay options to allow players to progress through the story more efficiently ahead of the eventual Xbox launch of Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, which has not yet been dated.

This release strategy ensures PlayStation remains the lead platform for the Final Fantasy VII Remake project, continuing Sony’s close partnership with Square Enix for the trilogy.

Meanwhile, development on the third and final entry in the Final Fantasy VII Remake trilogy is already underway. While its official title and release window have not yet been revealed, Square Enix has confirmed that exploration of the world of Gaia via the iconic Highwind airship will play a key role in the upcoming finale. The development team has stated that they are dedicating significant effort to ensure that this mechanic captures the sense of freedom and scale that longtime fans remember from the original 1997 classic.

With Rebirth having expanded the world and deepened the narrative, the upcoming third entry is expected to bring Cloud’s journey to a powerful conclusion while delivering the definitive vision of the Final Fantasy VII universe for modern audiences.

Will you be picking up the Twin Pack in December, or are you waiting for the Xbox release of Remake Intergrade and Rebirth?
