ARC Raiders Launches with NVIDIA DLSS 4, Delivering Up to 3.6X Performance Boost on RTX 50 Series GPUs
Embark Studios’ cooperative extraction shooter ARC Raiders has officially launched today on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S, but the PC version comes with an added layer of technological power. According to NVIDIA, the game arrives with full support for DLSS 4, Multi-Frame Generation, and NVIDIA Reflex, allowing players equipped with the latest GeForce RTX 50 Series GPUs to experience massive performance gains, up to 3.6 times higher frame rates at 4K resolution.
In an official announcement on the NVIDIA GeForce Newsroom, the company detailed that enabling DLSS 4 with Super Resolution and Multi-Frame Generation, while keeping ray tracing and all settings maxed, allows ARC Raiders to reach extreme frame rates even in the most demanding conditions.
When paired with DLSS 4 and ray tracing enabled:
RTX 5090: Up to 420 FPS at 4K, and over 500 FPS at 1440p.
RTX 5080: Over 300 FPS at 4K.
RTX 5070 Ti: Around 260 FPS at 4K.
RTX 5070: Around 220 FPS at 4K.
RTX 5060: Over 190 FPS at 1440p and up to 245 FPS at 1080p.
Even laptop GPUs from the new RTX 50 lineup deliver exceptional performance:
Laptop RTX 5090: Up to 423 FPS at 1080p, and over 300 FPS at 1440p.
Laptop RTX 5060: Reaches 240 FPS at 1080p with all settings maxed out.
These results illustrate the strength of NVIDIA’s new Blackwell architecture, which powers the RTX 50 Series. DLSS 4’s AI-based frame generation combines optical flow analysis and temporal data to create extra frames between rendered ones, significantly improving smoothness and responsiveness without compromising image quality. Meanwhile, NVIDIA Reflex ensures minimal system latency, giving players quicker reaction times during intense firefights.
In addition to ARC Raiders, several other games have adopted DLSS 4 with Multi-Frame Generation support this month:
Battlefield 6: REDSEC (the game’s new battle royale mode)
Duet Night Abyss
Directive 8020
AION 2 (arriving in 2026 with DLSS 4 support)
This growing list highlights NVIDIA’s continued focus on pushing real-time performance scaling through AI, ensuring next-generation visuals and frame rates remain accessible to PC players.
ARC Raiders is available now on Steam, Epic Games Store, Xbox Series X|S, and PlayStation 5, with GeForce NOW streaming support also confirmed for RTX 5080-class servers. The game’s combination of large-scale co-op combat, post-apocalyptic atmosphere, and cutting-edge rendering technology makes it one of the most visually advanced shooters of the year.
