Micro Center Officially Becomes iBuyPower’s Authorized Service Provider for In Warranty and Out of Warranty PC Repairs

iBuyPower has formally announced a new partnership with Micro Center, appointing the major US based PC retailer as its official Authorized Service Provider. This agreement allows customers who purchase gaming desktops or laptops directly from iBuyPower’s website to bring their systems to any Micro Center location for warranty supported service and repairs, streamlining the support process for a large portion of the company’s customer base.

Under this new arrangement, Micro Center will handle both in warranty and out of warranty repairs for iBuyPower systems. For customers within the standard coverage period, which includes a three year labor warranty and a two year parts warranty, Micro Center will diagnose, repair, or replace covered components at no cost. Comprehensive service information is available via Micro Center’s official.

Micro Center’s service offering spans a wide range of device types, including laptops, desktops, tablets, servers, and PC accessories. For iBuyPower PCs, the retailer will provide hardware diagnostics, component level repair and replacement, cooler servicing and upgrades, BIOS and operating system troubleshooting, and complete system cleaning and maintenance. To access support, customers simply need to provide proof of purchase, and Micro Center recommends scheduling an appointment online, although walk ins are also accepted.

Additionally, Micro Center will extend diagnostics, repair options, and maintenance services to out of warranty systems as well. The retailer states that this work will be performed with transparent pricing, which includes optional services such as data backup, system migration, and other specialized tasks that fall outside standard warranty coverage.

This partnership significantly improves accessibility and convenience for iBuyPower customers across the United States, offering a direct physical service channel through one of the largest and most trusted PC hardware retailers in the country.
