Noctua Releases Chromax.black NH D15 G2 for 189 Dollars and NF A14x25 G2 Fans Starting at 44 Dollars

Noctua has expanded its high end cooling portfolio with the release of the Chromax.black version of its flagship NH D15 G2 air cooler. This long awaited variant delivers the same top tier thermal performance as the standard NH D15 G2 but with a full black aesthetic tailored for builders seeking a stealth focused design.

The NH D15 G2, launched last year as an enhanced successor to the classic NH D15, features an updated aluminium dual tower heatsink and includes Noctua’s premium NF A14x25 G2 fans. Now, both the cooler and the accompanying fan lineup are available in the Chromax.black colorway, offering system builders a unified visual theme.

The NF A14x25 G2 fan series itself has also received the Chromax.black treatment. Offered in both square and round frame formats, these fans can be used directly on the NH D15 G2 cooler or inside PC cases as intake or exhaust units. They are engineered for extremely low noise output without sacrificing airflow or static pressure, staying true to Noctua’s reputation for precision acoustic optimization.

Noctua CEO Roland Mossin shared his enthusiasm for the new variants:
“The response to our long awaited G2 series products has been amazing, both from customers and expert reviewers. We are proud that the NH D15 G2 and NF A14x25 G2 have managed to continue the legacy of their iconic predecessors, and we are confident that the new Chromax.black versions will be well received by those who prefer a stealthy, unobtrusive look.”

The NF A14x25 G2 lineup features Noctua’s Sterrox liquid crystal polymer impeller with a tip clearance of just zero point seven millimeters, enabling industry leading performance to noise efficiency. With both square and round frames available, the fans are suitable for air coolers, AIO radiators, and case ventilation.

The Chromax.black NH D15 G2 offers a fully black coated heatsink paired with an eight heat pipe configuration reminiscent of the original NH D15 Chromax.black but with improved materials and significantly stronger fans. As performance has risen, so has pricing. The NH D15 G2 Chromax.black is priced at 189 dollars and ninety cents, marking a substantial increase over both the previous Chromax edition and the standard G2 model.

The NF A14x25 G2 Chromax.black fan is priced at 44 dollars and ninety cents or 39 euros and ninety cents for both the square and round frame versions. All products are now available through major retailers worldwide.
