ZOTAC Introduces GeForce RTX 5070 Ti and RTX 5080 APOCALYPSE Editions to North America for the First Time
ZOTAC has officially brought its APOCALYPSE series GPUs to markets outside of China for the first time, marking a significant expansion for the company’s character inspired lineup. Two models within the GeForce RTX 50 family, the RTX 5070 Ti APOCALYPSE OC and the RTX 5080 APOCALYPSE OC, are now available through major North American retailers and ZOTAC’s own online store, signaling a broader global push for this distinctive product line.
Both GPUs are currently listed on Newegg, reflecting a premium above NVIDIA’s base MSRP. The ZOTAC Gaming RTX 5070 Ti APOCALYPSE OC, priced at $849, sits one hundred dollars above the standard RTX 5070 Ti. Meanwhile, the RTX 5080 APOCALYPSE OC, listed at $1249, comes in at a two hundred and fifty dollar premium over the reference RTX 5080.
ZOTAC’s official store mirrors these prices, confirming the worldwide rollout for the RTX 5070 Ti APOCALYPSE OC and the RTX 5080 APOCALYPSE OC. The APOCALYPSE series introduces a bold aesthetic direction for ZOTAC’s gaming portfolio. Each card features an Anime inspired Apocalypse Girl theme paired with a robust triple fan shroud. The industrial yet colorful design incorporates angular contours, a stylized backplate with white accents, and a center fan that produces a striking Ring of Fire illumination effect supported by Spectra 2.0 ARGB lighting control. While only the center fan includes RGB functionality, the overall presentation aims to appeal to users seeking visually expressive hardware.
Cooling performance is driven by ZOTAC’s IceStorm 3.0 architecture, supported by the BladeLink fan configuration and FREEZE Fan Stop capability that halts fan rotation at low temperatures to reduce noise and wear. The cards also include a ventilated metal backplate to maintain structural rigidity and thermal efficiency.
Beyond aesthetics, both GPUs provide meaningful factory tuned performance. The RTX 5080 APOCALYPSE OC reaches a 2730 MHz boost clock, representing an uplift of one hundred thirteen megahertz over the base edition. The RTX 5070 Ti APOCALYPSE OC delivers an increase of one hundred twenty megahertz over its standard counterpart. These enhancements position the APOCALYPSE models as premium alternatives for users seeking higher performance combined with a signature design identity.
With the APOCALYPSE lineup now entering the North American market, it is reasonable to expect ZOTAC to extend availability into additional regions in the near future. This marks an important strategic expansion, as the company brings more artistically driven GPU designs to global audiences while maintaining competitive cooling and performance capabilities.
