AMD Ryzen AI MAX+ 395 APU: Desktop-Class Power in Tablet Form
The Super X is equipped with the AMD Ryzen AI MAX+ 395 APU, part of the “Strix Halo” lineup, which is making its way into several new gaming and AI-focused devices. Built on Zen 5 architecture, the APU features 16 CPU cores paired with Radeon 8060S graphics boasting 40 compute units delivering GeForce RTX 5060 Ti-class performance for gaming and rendering.
It also integrates AMD’s latest XDNA 2 NPU, capable of 50 TOPs of AI compute, enabling seamless execution of large language models and AI-assisted workflows directly on-device without relying heavily on cloud services.
High-End Memory, Storage, and Display
OneXPlayer offers the Super X in 64 GB and 128 GB memory configurations, with the ability to allocate up to 96 GB of VRAM for intensive GPU tasks. Storage is handled by a dual SSD expansion setup, featuring one M.2 2280 slot and one Mini SSD PCIe 4.0 slot, ensuring both high-speed performance and upgrade flexibility.
The device sports a 14-inch AMOLED touchscreen with a 2.8K (2880x1800) resolution, HDR, Variable Refresh Rate (VRR), and 4096 levels of stylus pressure sensitivity, making it equally suited for gaming, creative work, and productivity.
Premium CNC Aluminum Build and Full I/O Selection
Crafted from CNC-machined aluminum, the Super X is just 12.5 mm thick yet supports the full 120W TDP thanks to an advanced vapor chamber cooling system. Connectivity includes:
2 × USB-C (Thunderbolt 4)
1 × HDMI output
1 × USB-A port
1 × DC power input
1 × Mini SSD PCIe 4.0 expansion slot
The device also features an adjustable 173-degree kickstand, subtle rear RGB lighting, and the same Type-C charging approach seen in previous OneXPlayer designs.

Positioned Against ASUS ROG Flow Z13
As a flagship model, the Super X is expected to be priced above $1,500 USD, placing it in direct competition with devices like the ASUS ROG Flow Z13 that starts at a hefty $2000 US.
With its combination of desktop-class performance, advanced AI processing, and a high-resolution AMOLED display, the OneXPlayer Super X aims to set a new standard for gaming and AI-enabled tablets.
