Maxsun MS iCraft B850 AIGA Motherboard Delivers Next Gen AMD Ryzen Readiness With a Distinct Anime Themed Design

Maxsun has officially introduced its new MS iCraft B850 AIGA motherboard, positioning it as a next generation ready solution for upcoming AMD Ryzen processors while retaining the brand’s signature anime inspired aesthetic. This launch reinforces Maxsun’s strategy of targeting enthusiasts who want both performance scalability and unique visual identity.

The MS iCraft B850 AIGA is a full ATX motherboard measuring 305x245mm and features a robust 50A 16+2+1 power phase configuration powered through dual 8 pin CPU connectors. With next generation AMD Ryzen compute support at its core, the board aligns with the broader industry trend where vendors are confirming forward compatibility on current AM5 platforms.

The motherboard includes four DDR5 DIMM slots supporting up to 256GB capacities and speeds reaching 8400MT/s, providing a wide performance envelope for both gaming and content creation workloads.

A product design breakdown shared by the company highlights support for TDP levels up to 400W, DDR5 enhancements, four full speed M.2 slots, PCIe 5.0 lane splitting, and comprehensive compatibility with AMD Ryzen 7000, 8000, and 9000 series processors.

In PCIe expansion capabilities, the motherboard offers two PCIe 5.0 x16 slots that operate in x8/x8 mode when both are populated. Storage support includes four M.2 slots: two Gen5x4 and two Gen4x4, alongside two SATA III ports. Connectivity on the rear panel consists of one USB 10Gbps Type C, four USB 10Gbps Type A, and four USB 2.0 Type A ports. Internal connections include six additional USB headers comprising one USB 20Gbps Type C, two USB 5Gbps, and three USB 2.0.

For networking, the MS iCraft B850 AIGA provides WiFi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4 via a Mediatek MT7925 controller, alongside a high speed 5GbE LAN port powered by Realtek RTL8126. Additional internal connectors include three ARGB headers, one NRGB header, a COM port, Clear CMOS, CPU fan, pump fan, and four chassis fan headers.

A refreshed PTM UI BIOS design is also part of the launch, showcasing streamlined navigation, card based UI elements, and one click configuration control. BIOS visuals highlight compatibility with CPUs such as the AMD Ryzen 9 9900X 12 Core processor, reinforcing the board’s next gen readiness.

A key differentiator remains Maxsun’s Magic of AIGA theme, which presents a sleek all black layout complemented by anime style artwork across the IO shroud, PCH heatsink, and even the backside of the PCB, continuing the brand’s focus on artistic, character driven hardware offerings.

While Maxsun has not yet disclosed MSRP or regional release timelines, global availability is expected in the coming weeks.
