Korea Rating Board Leaks LEGO Skylines From Paradox And Hints At Persona 4 Revival Release Timing

The South Korean Game Rating and Administration Committee has once again revealed upcoming game news ahead of official publisher announcements. As spotted by Gematsu, the board has rated several notable titles, including Persona 4 Revival and an unannounced LEGO Skylines game from Paradox Interactive. The biggest confirmed name in the latest rating batch is Persona 4 Revival, the upcoming full remake of Atlus’ beloved role playing classic. First announced during last year’s Xbox Games Showcase, the game is being developed by P Studio and published by Atlus for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series S|X, and PC.

Persona 4 Revival will bring players back to the rural town of Inaba, where a transfer student becomes involved in a mysterious murder case connected to the Midnight Channel, a strange television broadcast said to reveal people’s true selves. As the protagonist and his friends investigate, they discover the ability to enter a Shadow World through television screens, awakening their Personas to battle the Shadows inside.

Much like Persona 3 Reload, Persona 4 Revival is expected to rebuild character models, environments, and assets from the ground up while modernizing the experience to feel closer to Persona 5 Royal. That likely means a more polished presentation, smoother combat flow, updated systems, and stronger accessibility for players who discovered the franchise through newer entries.

The timing of the rating is also interesting. A recent rumor suggested that Persona 4 Revival could launch in February 2027, which would make this Korean rating appear slightly early. Ratings often surface around 4 to 5 months before release, though that is not a fixed rule. Still, the listing suggests Atlus may be moving closer to a more concrete launch window. The bigger surprise is LEGO Skylines, an unannounced project from Paradox Interactive. Based on the name, it appears likely to be a LEGO themed spin off of Cities: Skylines, Paradox’s well known city building series. If accurate, this would be a major shift in tone for the franchise, potentially turning urban planning, construction, and city management into a more playful and accessible LEGO style experience.

The project has not been officially announced yet, but the Korean rating board listing suggests that a reveal could be coming soon, possibly during Summer Game Fest. The timing would make sense, especially if Paradox wants to position LEGO Skylines as a broader audience title with family friendly appeal and strong brand recognition.

LEGO Skylines could also be especially notable because it may become the first game developed by Iceflake Studios following the split between Paradox and Colossal Order. If that is the case, the project could represent a new direction for Paradox’s city building portfolio, allowing the company to expand the Skylines name beyond traditional simulation players and into a more creative sandbox audience.

Other titles also appeared in the latest GRAC ratings. Gears of War: E Day from The Coalition was listed, which adds further fuel to expectations that the game could launch around September, especially following recent sponsorship related speculation. Ace Combat 8: Wings of Theve from Bandai Namco Aces was also rated after being announced at The Game Awards 2025 with a general 2026 release window.

Another interesting listing is Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy from Eidos Montréal, which may point toward a new Nintendo Switch 2 version. If confirmed, that would give one of the stronger Marvel games from recent years another opportunity to reach a new audience on Nintendo’s latest hardware. As always with rating board leaks, these listings should not be treated as full announcements. They do not confirm release dates, pricing, editions, or marketing plans. However, South Korea’s rating board has a long history of revealing projects before publishers are ready to speak publicly, making these listings worth watching closely.

For now, Persona fans have another sign that Persona 4 Revival is progressing, while strategy fans have a surprising new mystery to follow with LEGO Skylines. If Paradox really is preparing a LEGO style take on Cities: Skylines, it could become one of the more unexpected reveals of the summer showcase season.

Would you play a LEGO themed Cities: Skylines spin off, or are you more excited for Persona 4 Revival?
