During The Game Awards 2024, Pearl Abyss announced that Crimson Desert will officially launch in Fall 2025. Initially introduced at G-Star 2019 as a spiritual successor to Black Desert, the game has undergone a significant evolution, shifting from MMO to open-world action/adventure.
After years of development and an indefinite delay, Crimson Desert is back on track, with a confirmed release on PC (Windows and Mac), PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series S|X. Players can now wishlist the game on Steam and other platforms.
