ASUS Expands TUF Gaming Lineup With New Series Five Monitors

ASUS has officially unveiled its TUF Gaming Series Five monitors, a new range featuring more than 20 models designed to deliver five-star gaming experiences across different price points and performance tiers. Introduced during IFA 2025, the Series Five lineup aims to provide players with a balance of speed, image quality, adaptive technologies, and advanced AI tools.

According to ASUS, the Series Five range improves the gaming experience in five critical areas. Speed is at the forefront, with monitors offering up to 300Hz refresh rates and ultra-fast 0.3ms response times. Smoothness is ensured through compatibility with both NVIDIA G-SYNC and AMD FreeSync Premium, paired with ASUS Extreme Low Motion Blur (ELMB) Sync to eliminate tearing and ghosting. Visual fidelity is enhanced with support for up to 95% DCI-P3 color gamut and VESA DisplayHDR 400 certification, ensuring vibrant colors and deeper contrast. The new Gaming AI features further elevate performance by adjusting in-game visuals dynamically; these include Dynamic Crosshair for improved aiming contrast, Dynamic Shadow Boost for clearer visibility in dark areas, and AI Visual, which automatically applies the best display settings. Finally, DisplayWidget Center software simplifies control, allowing players to manage and share settings directly from their desktop, bypassing the traditional OSD menus.

At the top of the range sits the TUF Gaming VG27AQML5A, a 27-inch QHD IPS monitor boasting a 300Hz refresh rate, 0.3ms response time, 95% DCI-P3 coverage, and HDR 400 support, making it ideal for competitive gamers who prioritize responsiveness and precision. Alongside FreeSync Premium and G-SYNC compatibility, this model integrates ASUS ELMB Sync for the smoothest possible visuals.

For those seeking immersion, ASUS has also highlighted the TUF Gaming VG34WQML5A, a 34-inch ultrawide QHD VA panel that reaches a 250Hz (OC) refresh rate and 0.5ms response time. It also features HDR 400, 95% DCI-P3 coverage, FreeSync Premium, ELMB Sync, and the same suite of AI tools and DisplayWidget Center integration as the flagship 27-inch model.

Both monitors reflect ASUS’s intention to provide options that appeal to a wide spectrum of gamers, from esports competitors to players who want cinematic visuals in ultrawide formats.
