NVIDIA Expands GeForce NOW with Eight New Games as RTX 5080 Servers Near Global Availability

NVIDIA has announced another substantial update to its GeForce NOW cloud gaming platform as part of the weekly GeForce NOW Thursday program. The company confirmed that eight new titles are joining the service this week, alongside another addition to the list of games optimized for RTX 5080 powered Blackwell servers. NVIDIA also revealed it is now just one region away from completing its global rollout of the new RTX 5080 infrastructure.

This week’s lineup includes a diverse mix of anticipated releases and early access titles. Highlights include Demonschool, the stylish Persona inspired indie RPG; Moonlighter 2: The Endless Vault, which has just entered early access; and Prologue: Go Wayback!, the new survival title from PUBG Productions now launching in early access. Although this is a different slate of high profile additions compared to last week’s releases, these games carry significant interest among genre communities and indie enthusiasts.

A major update also arrives for players at the Ultimate tier, as Ubisoft Massive’s Star Wars Outlaws becomes the latest game to receive RTX 5080 readiness. While the game’s launch was met with criticism for its stealth mechanics, post launch updates have significantly improved the experience. As one of Ubisoft’s most visually ambitious titles, Star Wars Outlaws now benefits from the enhanced performance and graphical fidelity delivered by the 5080 powered Blackwell servers.

On the infrastructure front, NVIDIA confirmed that Phoenix was the most recent region to receive RTX 5080 server support. With only Stockholm remaining before the upgrade campaign reaches full global coverage, NVIDIA is on the verge of completing one of the most ambitious cloud hardware transitions to date. RTX 5080 servers are exclusive to GeForce NOW Ultimate subscribers, enabling high settings gameplay even on devices that cannot natively support such performance. As noted in the announcement, 2K executive Sean Haran emphasized that GeForce NOW Ultimate brings premium graphics and smooth gameplay to players without requiring high end hardware of their own.

Below is the full list of games joining GeForce NOW this week, including the RTX 5080 optimized title:
